So sorry for what you and the children are going through. My 13yo son is going through TSW now. We live near Charlotte. Have you found any doctors to help you go through this?
I am now 19 months into my withdrawal. All I can say is give him nutritious meals and don't put anything on his skin like moisturizers it'll make him itch even more. Each day will get better. I have used steroids for 17+ years so I know I'll have a while to healing but the improvement thus far is tremendous.
